During the mapping phase of your project, we will provide you with the following: tentative map and boundary review, boundary deeds, vesting deed(s), recorded maps, recorded easements, and other recorded documents necessary to prepare and process the project map(s) and plans.
Closing services
We document and track each subdivision conveyance to assure prompt closings throughout the development.

A Filed Notice of Completion is crucial.

At the completion of a new construction project, remember to record a valid “Notice of Completion” with the County Register of Deeds.

The recording of a Notice of Completion triggers a statutory 30-day time period for contractors to record a mechanics liens against your property. Your permanent loan closing could be delayed if you forget to do this.
